Do you have a typical figure for the ratio of (1-3) to (1-4) linkages in the beta-glucan you use in the Azo-Barley beta-Glucan?

The ratio of 1,3 to 1,4 linkages in the beta-glucan we use to make Azo-Barley beta-glucan (i.e. Barley beta-glucan) is ~ 32:68.  This ratio is constant for barley beta-glucans.  Oat beta-glucan has a different ratio (1,3:1,4 ~ 28:72).
