While we recommend reading the absorbance at 510 nm you can use different wavelength if that is your preference. However please note this may give a larger margin of error as the reading is not taken at the highest point of the absorbance peak. The most important thing is that all solutions are read at the same wavelength.
Is it possible to read absorbances for GOPOD Reagent reaction used in the D-Glucose Assay Kit (K-GLUC) at a wavelength other than 510 nm?
