When using the Resistant Starch Assay Kit (K-RSTAR), is it possible to analyse samples, other than those mentioned on the validation report?

It is possible to analyse many different sample types (Such as vegetables and legumes) using K-RSTAR. It is also possible to use K-RSTAR for cooked/baked products. 


We recommend that samples are freeze-dried and milled to pass 0.5 mm screen before carrying out the analysis.
