In the Resistant Starch (rapid) (K-RAPRS) Assay Protocol, how should samples be stored after "Step E (a) x"?

When stopping the resistant starch analysis at this point (Step E(a) x), we recommend that both the resistant starch and digestible starch fractions be stored at 4 degrees overnight awaiting analysis the next day.
