In the Resistant Starch (Rapid) Assay Kit (K-RAPRS), is it possible to use calcium chloride instead of calcium chloride dihydrate?

If the weight of calcium chloride is adjusted to give the same molarity (2mM Calcium chloride) in the buffer then calcium chloride can be used in place of calcium chloride dihydrate.
