Some Megazyme kits allow you to perform double the assays if all assay volumes are halved, this is stated on the booklet.
As K-TSTA is a longer and more complicated procedure, we do not recommend any modifications to the procedure outlined in the booklet.
Any changes made to this procedure will need to be validated internally.
