Knowledge Base Home FAQs || FAQs Polysaccharides Arabinoxylan (Wheat Flour) (P-WAXYI, P-WAXYL, P-WAXYM, P-WAXYH)

I wish to include a solubilised xylan in polyacrylamide gels to perform xymograms and wondered if you might have a product to suit that need.

Possibly the best substrate we could offer for this is Wheat Arabinoxylan (undyed) or Beechwood Xylan.  However, if you prefer a dyed substate, I would recommend Azo Xylan (birchwood).  This is very soluble, even in presence of salt.
